    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    We are a fast growing company, and Amazon is a key channel for us.  We are looking for an Amazon Associate with deep expertise to help us to optimize and grow our Amazon business.  This role will be focused on maintaining and improving our existing listings, content, processes, and more! 

     

    ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Monitor and optimize our Amazon listings within vendor central and seller central accounts

      • Optimize titles, bullets, descriptions, images, and keywords for all ASINs
    • Submit tickets on our behalf in order to correct, update, and optimize Amazon listings 

    • Consistently monitor key ASIN listings for changes or opportunities

    • Create reports and dashboards for our management team that provides high level insights and tracks key information over time

    • Develop and optimize additional content on Amazon (ie: Amazon Brand Stores, A+ content) 

    • Create listings for new products as we grow our product catalog 

    • Monitor competitors for patent / counterfeit products in competition with our ASINS

    • Manage our Brand Registry, and work through issues as they arise

    • Manage Seller Central fees, holding charges, etc. along with managing our Seller Bench account 

    • And of course, other duties related to Amazon as required

      

     

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Minimum of Bachelor’s in Science degree

    • 1+ year of experience in working with Amazon (preferably on the vendor central side)

    • In depth knowledge of Amazon’s ticketing types and processes 

    • High attention to detail / organization

    • Ability to develop processes and track progress and data 

    • Strong written communication skills
