    Job Description

    ROLE SUMMARY: Support in operationalizing Tia's talent acquisition & talent management practices across HQ and Tia clinics. Ensure that hiring managers across Tia clinics are effectively leveraged to make great hires. Work with managers and the People Operations team to ensure that each employee is set up to achieve their maximum potential, effectively navigate their role at Tia, deeply understands the core mission, story, critical goals, and values + principles.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • CLINIC TALENT MANAGEMENT LIFE CYCLE - ASSIST CLINIC HIRING MANAGERS WITH THE TALENT MANAGEMENT LIFE CYCLE, INCLUDING: RECRUITING, ONBOARDING, ON-GOING MANAGEMENT AND OFFBOARDING. 

      • Assist in the operational components of recruiting and hiring, including practices such as: providing operational support in interview design + execution _(such as communicating with interviewers, setting up schedule, ensuring candidate's interview includes "requisite" components of a Tia interview, collecting feedback, sharing transparency for stakeholders into the process) _
      • Deliver and manage clinic team member materials including contractor contracts, employee agreements, termination letters, and employee handbooks
      • Ensure that every new employee has an excellent onboarding experience, holding hiring manager's accountable to designing and implementing a great experience. 
      • Ensure that proper security & access is given as needed to the right employees across Tia assets / documents / licenses. 
      • Collect feedback + synthesis issues in the hiring, onboarding and offboarding processes for the hiring managers / all hiring managers; deliver results to Head of People for probing 
      • Ensure that Tia runs offboarding policies and procedures that are comprehensive and ensure the security of Tia's IP

       

    • THOUGHTFULLY ASSIST WITH RESEARCHING, REFINING, AND STANDING UP CLINIC HR-RELATED POLICIES AND PROCEDURES 

      • Work with the Head of People to define critical clinic HR policies such as vacation, travel, reimbursement, benefits, and others
      • Thoughtfully assist in planning the implementation of these policies in relation to the company scaling in size. 
      • Ensure all employees are properly trained on policies and that documentation is accessible + updated when required

       

    • ENSURE BEST PRACTICES FOR CLINIC PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

      • Hold clinic managers accountable to ensuring that each and every role has defined responsibilities. 
        • Assist Head of People in deploying management frameworks and processes for hiring managers and people managers to manage against
        • Assist Head of People in deploying cultural cornerstone practices
    • ADMIN SUPPORT: WORK WITH THE PEOPLE OPERATIONS TEAM AND OTHER CLINICAL LEADERS TO ENSURE EFFICIENT PRACTICES ARE CREATED AND RUNNING SMOOTHLY FOR THE CLINIC/S

    Oversee and assist provider enrollment life cycle administration from credentialing, licensing, malpractice, to payer enrollment, etc. 

    1. Ensure all policies remain active 
    2. As new providers onboard ensure that that they are added to Tia's Umbrella malpractice policy 
    3. Manage and file Company & Individual Provider COIs in GDrive folders and provide access to appropriate individuals
    4. Review applications for completeness, flag missing information and signatures before sending the pre-populated applications to the providers for completion. 
    5. Track and follow up on a timely basis to ensure completion of application process and work with VP of Revenue Cycle to submit applications

    Provide weekly new hire reports to bizops   Maintain and update clinic people operations resources  Ensures HR compliance with relevant State and Federal laws Ensure Processes are documented and prepare reports relating to performance reviews

    • CULTIVATE THE TIA CLINICS WORKING ENVIRONMENT AND CULTURE TO BE ONE THAT IS INCLUSIVE, SUPPORTIVE AND AUTHENTICALLY MANIFESTS TIA'S VALUES.
      • Work closely with Head of Learning and development to identify and run programs to build and sustain employee satisfaction & retention
      • Periodically run evaluation programs of employee satisfaction & retention 
      • Support CEO and other company execs in operationalizing efforts around the DEI programs
