We are growing fast, and we need an attorney who can hit the ground running. We love to help people learn and grow. But we don’t have the time for that right now. We need an associate with experience in family law. The ideal candidate will be able to take initiative on work that needs to be done and complete tasks with minimal hand-holding. Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for important work, including: • Performing Client Needs Assessments • Directly communicating with clients • Preparing for and attending court hearings and trials • Drafting all manner of pleadings • Communicating with opposing counsel and court professionals • Drafting correspondence • Working closely with support staff to ensure effectiveness and client satisfaction Qualifications: Top 6 Core Competencies/Characteristics to be successful in the Position: • Comfortable with a billable hour requirement • Confident • Strategic • Reasonable • Good at Priority Management • Detail Oriented Compensation: $70,000 - $100,000 yearly
