Lawn Doctor of Hartford County has been providing professional lawn care and pest control services to the Hartford County area for over 20 years. Our commitment to quality service, excellent customer care, and premium products has earned us the trust of our community.

We are currently hiring for the position of Tick and Mosquito Technician. We’re looking for individuals who are:

Self-motivated

Reliable

Passionate about their work

Candidates with experience in lawn care or pest control are a plus and may also be responsible for measuring properties and providing quotes. However, no prior experience is required; we will train the right individual.

Responsibilities:

Pest Control spray

Follow Lawn Doctor servicing procedures

Maintain personal and professional appearance, including equipment

Requirements

Professional and courteous customer service

Provide quotes and lawn analysis (for qualified individuals)

High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)

Must possess valid CT Drivers' License with good driving record

Professional appearance

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Available to work Monday-Friday, and some Saturday as required

Ability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds

Able to work in various weather conditions 8-10 hours per day

Ability to read and recall regulations and procedures, and pass state-issued pesticide exam

Previous sales or industry experience is a plus, however not required
