Gonzalez 4 Transportation LLC is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Ticket Agent/Customer Service representative to join our team in Los Angeles, CA! Responsibilities:

Assist customers with ticket purchases, reservations, and travel inquiries

Process transactions accurately using ticketing and point-of-sale systems

Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the phone, and via email

Handle passenger check-in, boarding procedures, and seat assignments

Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and timely manner

Communicate schedules, routes, fares, and travel policies to passengers

Maintain accurate records of ticket sales and passenger information

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED equivalent required

Previous customer service, ticketing, or transportation experience preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus in the Los Angeles market

Proficiency with basic computer systems and point-of-sale software

Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure in a busy environment

Reliable, punctual, and professional demeanor
