Summary/Objective: The Ticket Operations and Fulfillment Specialist is responsible for meeting the day-to-day needs of our ticket fulfillment. Specialists should be able to service our Clients and Customers and their orders via phone and email support, as well as provide technical support with the various API integrations across partnerships and automation companies. This role combines elements of customer service, advocacy, and system management. Our ideal candidate has experience managing time-sensitive requests in a high-volume environment. Primary Responsibilities: * Operating daily fulfillment processes and protocols * Using all primary ticketing systems to deliver tickets to buyers * Understanding marketplace policies and applying them to orders as well as handling claims protocols for all buyers reporting order issues * Understand the unique TEvo (Ticket Evolution) Service Offerings * Facilitating purchases via concierge / travel department to source and quote inventory to convert sales. * Supporting end-consumers in both the purchasing and fulfillment processes. * Prioritizing and responding to e-mails and phone calls in a fast-paced environment * Assisting our Clients with a variety of requests, including researching and resolving common issues * Escalating requests to other departments (and individuals) as needed * Build sustainable, trusting relationships with our Clients through open and interactive communication * Following up on client requests to reach a satisfactory resolution * Quick and capable use of software to complete client requests * Collaborating with peers across all departments to improve the overall Member experience * Meeting or exceeding department standards for quality of service Position Requirements * Outstanding attention to detail * Strong verbal and written communication skills, including ability to tactfully assist upset/frustrated clients * Excellent organizational, administrative, and interpersonal skills * Comfortable working in a collaborative team environment * Able to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal guidance, and proactively identify and resolve issues * Able to quickly learn and effectively utilize new software * Identifying gaps in our supply of inventory in advance of an event * Professional, firm communication skills * Ability to conduct quick, thorough research to troubleshoot errors * Ability to leverage software and resources to manage tasks effectively * Professional demeanor; able to perform well in high-pressure situations * A complete understanding of the Ticket Evolution business model Knowledge/Experience Requirements * Required: High School degree with 2 years of related experience or an Associate's degree from an accredited institution * Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google web applications (Chrome, Gmail, Google Docs, Google Sheets) * Problem solving, research, and analytical skills * Proficient computer and typing skills * Ability to work nights and weekends to accommodate the needs of the business * Preferred: A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution with 1 year of related experience Benefits for Full-Time Employees: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k, Short Term Disability, Long Term Disability and Life Insurance.
