Scan and validate digital and physical tickets using handheld scanners or mobile devices
Check wristbands, stamps, or credentials as required
Monitor entry points and control guest flow to prevent overcrowding
Verify guest identification when needed and direct guests to appropriate entry lines
Provide basic event information and assist guests with questions
Enforce festival entry policies and prohibited item guidelines
Communicate clearly with security and supervisors regarding issues or concerns
Assist with gate setup, signage placement, and breakdown
Previous event, customer service, or ticketing experience preferred (not required)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in high-volume, fast-paced environments
Ability to stand for long periods and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Basic comfort using smartphones, tablets, or scanning devices

Must be available for the full scheduled festival shift. Open to close.
