We’re looking for a motivated, dynamic team player to help create a brand presence for a local Real Estate team. This position will begin as a paid internship, but has the opportunity to develop into either a sales position or an operations manager position for candidates with the right stuff! If desired, the team will sponsor your real estate license and also help you build your business from the ground up. Responsibilities: • Build out social media platforms for to establish team presence. (FB, Instagram, Linked In, Youtube) • Daily content creation to share across all mediums • Monthly newsletters for clients • Past client appreciation messages, gifts, and notes • Template build-outs for social media posts Qualifications: • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor’s degree desired • Possess a valid U.S. driver’s license and can travel by car • Must possess great communication and interpersonal skills • Ideally a business student, or an individual pursuing a full-time career in sales • We are seeking someone driven, talented, coachable • Must be disciplined! • Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking ability, creativity • Be able to work in a structured environment • Be a team player in the workplace and helping others to achieve their goals Compensation: $20 per hour
