    The Opportunity

    We have an exciting opportunity for a Franchise Operations Consultant **** in the Texas based in or around the Dallas, TX area. Our Franchise Operations Consultants primarily focus on building and maintaining sites and territories for all of Tide Services Brands. This position also ensures that franchisees comply with brand standards, operational procedures, quality standards, are guest obsessed and other guidelines set by the Tide Services’ franchisor. They work closely with Franchise Members to provide guidance, training, and support to maximize the success of each franchise location.

    Responsibilities

    • Serves as the primary resource to internal stakeholders for territory legal and policy requirements
    • Maintains an accurate record of franchisor’s obligations and franchisees compliance
    • Training and coaching new franchisee employees – Manage access to LMS software
    • New Store Opening Training & Field Class Trainings for managers and supervisors
    • Collaborate with Franchise Business Consultant on territory development plans for locations with timelines, and resource requirements
    • Coordinate with external vendors, franchise sales organization, and developers to facilitate territory development activities
    • Serve as the secondary point of contact for new and existing franchisees, offering guidance and support
    • Assist franchisees in understanding and implementing our operational standards and procedures
    • Offer advice and solutions on operational challenges and opportunities
    • Conduct operational audits to assess Franchise Member performance and compliance.
    • Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and finance, to align operational strategies with overall franchise goals
    • Act as a liaison between franchisees and the Tide Services Team, ensuring effective communication and conflict resolution while cultivating strong relationships with the franchisees and acting as a trusted advisor & advocate
    • Prepare regular reports on performance, operational compliance, and key metrics
    • Analyze operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of concern
    • Provide insights and recommendations to the franchisor and senior management based on in-store engagements
    • Other duties as assigned

    Requirements and Experience

    • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
    • Should be organized, detail-oriented, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Ability to provide excellent customer service to both internal and external clients.
    • Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and requests simultaneously.
    • Relationship building skills with the ability to create mutually beneficial relationships with both internal and external clients.
    • Ability to be available and to work evening and weekend hours as necessary
    • Frequent (4+ hours per day) communication via telephone and email
    • Ability to travel overnight for franchisee and staff meetings/visits an average of two weeks per month.
    • Ability to drive an automobile for franchisee and staff meetings/visits.
    • Ability to stand on concrete or tiled floors for up to 8 hours per day, when visiting a franchisee location
    • A clean driving record is required - Must be able to be insured by company insurance provider

    Bonus if you have

    • Strong knowledge of dry cleaning/laundry
    • Experience in franchising or multi-unit B2B environment
    • Strong knowledge of franchise operations, including compliance, training, and quality control

    Work Type: Remote – Travel Required

    Location(s): Texas (Dallas, TX preferred)

    Travel: Up to 60%
