    Texas Licensed Social Worker (LSCW) or Texas Licensed Professional Counselor Please do not apply if you are not willing to be licensed or are currently licensed in Texas We're seeking a talented Licensed Social Worker or Licensed Professional Counselor to join our remote team providing culturally competent mental health services. You will be responsible for providing therapeutic interventions to individuals and families who are experiencing a variety of issues due to life events or mental health concerns. Our diverse team of professionals will provide you with the freedom to practice with a specialty and modality of your choosing without the distraction of answering phones or conducting medical billing. Responsibilities: • Manage records of professional board memberships and insurance credentials • Exhibit a positive attitude and take part in the clinical environment • Deliver mental health therapy in an outpatient setting with respect, quality, and ethicality • Keep clinical documentation current within 72 hours • Fulfill the continuing educational requirements • Maintain professional knowledge of up-to-date research and industry best practices • Stay aware of relevant community resources and refer clients accordingly • Observe strict HIPAA standards to secure client data • Maintain accurate and updated electronic health records (EHR) • Carry out additional duties related to forms, phone calls, and case consultations Qualifications: • Knowledge of how family systems can impact mental health • Proven ability to deliver a variety of therapeutic treatments • Demonstrated expertise in working with different cultural backgrounds • Proficiency in self-management and managing working time • Capacity to practice self-care • Display positive interactions with other team members • Awareness of own strengths and the ability to make referrals • A minimum Master’s or Doctoral Degree related to mental health • Texas license Compensation: $50,000 - $80,000 per year
