    Job Description

    Under the direction of the Senior Sales Operations Manager, the Customer Service Support Role will support and share the responsibilities of the current Customer Service/Sales Operations Department. The Customer Service Support Role plays an integral part of the sales operations function of Tides Medical and aids in allowing sales processes to continue to run efficiently in order to meet and exceed expectations. ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    Perform the following in accordance with AATB, FDA, and Tides Medical stated policies and procedures while upholding Tides Medical’s mission and corporate values.

    • Perform new customer and agent account set up duties.
    • Ensure proper training is completed according to given training guidelines.
    • Monitor and perform follow-ups for various on-going operations.
    • Organize, pack, and ship out requested marketing materials.
    • Organize and file account paperwork.
    • Data entry and analysis: Sales transactions, Inventory, Customer and Agent data
    • Perform inventory audits and analyze discrepancies.
    • Create and send sales reports to agents, as requested.
    • Create price lists, as requested.
    • Carry out customer sales transactions: receive order, process sales in electronic inventory system, package, and ship order.
    • Organize product and ensure a well-kept inventory room in distribution headquarters.
    • Prepare manufacturing paperwork and products for receiving into distribution inventory.
    • Work with administrative role to field routine phone calls and email requests.
    • Ensure all contact lists are up to date.

    QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS, ATTRIBUTES

    • Experience in an administrative, customer service or sales operations position
    • Bachelor’s degree or applicable work experience
    • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; excellent attention to detail and experience coordinating multiple activities.
    • Demonstrated history of working cooperatively in a team environment
    • Availability to work 5 days/ 40 hours.
    • Preferred experience using Microsoft Office
    • Preferred experience using computer or internet inventory tracking systems.
