About the Company
In 1989, the average new house cost $120,000, gas was worth pocket change at 97 cents a gallon, over-sized shoulder pads were very much in style, and Stanley Greenberg founded Tidewater. Trends have changed, and so has Tidewater’s image and logo, but the high standards and values on which Tidewater was founded have not faltered throughout the years. And while we’ve grown into one of the largest family-owned realty companies in the area, our devotion to personal growth and service has only grown stronger. You can be part of this fast-growing leader in the industry!
