Tidewater Property Management is offering an employment opportunity for an experienced, detail-oriented, and organized Part-Time Administrative Assistant to work on-site at a community located in Chester, MD.
Candidate Requirements:
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work as part of a team while also being a self-starter
Assist On-Site Property Managers on a day-to-day basis in handling any variety of issues that may arise on a given day.
Must be able to effectively and efficiently address any number of homeowner concerns
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Ability to take direction and constructive criticism
Excellent data entry skills
Shows initiative and needs minimal supervision
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Publisher, PowerPoint)
Exceptional time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
Must be able to multi-task efficiently and effectively
2-3 years of experience in the Community Association Industry is preferred but not required

Customer service-oriented
This is a part time position and no benefits are offered. The hours are Monday and Friday from 8:00 a.m. until 3:30 p.m with a 30 minute lunch break, with an additional floating day during the work week, and each Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m, for about 26 hours per week.
