Job Title: Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator I am assisting a real estate client in downtown Cleveland with the search for an Administrative Assistant/Project Coordinator. Responsibilities: • Use Company project management tools to develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables for assigned projects within defined parameters of time and scope. • Maintain strong working relationships with external developer partners, consultants, Donees, municipalities, and internal cross-functional teammates to facilitate project oversight. • Oversee and hold accountable all project participants per the project timeline. • Track and maintain project status in Smartsheet project management system and update CRM system. • Manage document tracking for assigned projects and ensure proper filing of project documentation in accordance with internal documentation management standards. Responsible for supporting the legal department with real estate due diligence, financings, acquisitions, and dispositions. Education & Experience: • 2+ years of project management experience. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. • Must be analytical and an independent thinker. • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. • Must be adaptable and resilient. • Proficient with Microsoft Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Adobe Acrobat, and internet search engines. • Commercial Real estate industry experience strongly preferred.
