In this role you will have the opportunity to work in a RECRUITER/SALES capacity with the ability to; recruit, source, and connect construction professionals with top construction firms throughout the West Coast. You will also be responsible for client acquisition, business development, and strategic planning, working alongside top construction firms to fulfill their talent needs.

MUST BE LOCAL TO SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. - PREFERABLY IN ORANGE COUNTY, CA.

WHAT YOU NEED FOR THIS POSITION

• Have 1+ years of Sales/Recruiting/Business Development experience
• Have a fundamental understanding or a passion for the Construction Industry.
• BS/BA in Business, Construction, or Similar is Preferred.
• Eager to build a career, not just find another job.
• Have an insatiable thirst to be successful, drive to be the best, and motivation to make it all happen
• Outside the box thinker

JOB TYPE: Full-time

PAY: $55,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
