    The Role
    We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tier 1 IT Support Engineer to be the first line of support for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, learning new technologies, and delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

    Responsibilities

    • Provide frontline support for client IT issues via phone, email, and remote tools

    • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workstations, printers, email, VoIP, and basic networking

    • Perform password resets, software installs, and system updates

    • Document all support activities and resolutions in the help desk system

    • Triage tickets and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or 3 engineers when necessary

    • Onsite client technical support with direction from account manager

    • Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks such as user setup and hardware configuration

    • Monitor alerts and respond to tickets in a timely and professional manner

    • Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with clear and friendly communication

    Qualifications

    • 1–2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role (MSP experience preferred)

    • Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals

    • Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask, Zendesk)

    • Strong communication and customer service skills

    • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

    • Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment

    • Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus
