The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Tier 1 IT Support Engineer to be the first line of support for our clients. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, learning new technologies, and delivering top-notch customer service in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.
Responsibilities
Provide frontline support for client IT issues via phone, email, and remote tools
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to workstations, printers, email, VoIP, and basic networking
Perform password resets, software installs, and system updates
Document all support activities and resolutions in the help desk system
Triage tickets and escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or 3 engineers when necessary
Onsite client technical support with direction from account manager
Assist with onboarding/offboarding tasks such as user setup and hardware configuration
Monitor alerts and respond to tickets in a timely and professional manner
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction with clear and friendly communication
Qualifications
1–2 years of experience in a help desk or IT support role (MSP experience preferred)
Basic knowledge of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and networking fundamentals
Familiarity with remote support tools and ticketing systems (e.g., ConnectWise, Autotask, Zendesk)
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
Eagerness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment
Relevant certifications (CompTIA A+, Network+, or similar) are a plus
