Tier 2 IT Support Technician Bilingual - English/Spanish
Position Overview
Moss Utilities is seeking a Bilingual Tier 2 IT Support Technician (English/Spanish) to provide hands-on technical support for our office and field teams. This role serves as the in-person face of IT, working alongside our on-site IT technician and Managed Service Provider (MSP) to resolve escalated hardware, software, and account issues while supporting our Windows, macOS, iPhone, and iPad environments. Occasional travel to project sites may be required.
Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 2 technical support for office and field employees.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, operating system, application, and account issues.
- Provide in-person, walk-up support in both English and Spanish.
- Configure, deploy, and support Windows computers, Macs, iPhones, and iPads.
- Manage devices through Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
- Administer Google Workspace, including user onboarding, offboarding, password resets, and access management.
- Support Microsoft 365, including SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Image, configure, and deploy new computers and mobile devices.
- Support job-specific applications used by field and office personnel.
- Document all work within the IT ticketing system.
- Work closely with internal IT staff and external technology partners.
- Travel to project sites as needed.
Qualifications
Required
- Fluent in English and Spanish (spoken and written).
- Minimum of three (3) years of Tier 2/Desktop Support experience.
- Hands-on experience supporting both Windows and macOS.
- Experience supporting iPhones and iPads.
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 administration.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP, and VPN.
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred
- Experience with Apple Business Manager, Apple MDM, and Cisco Meraki.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, Apple, Google Workspace, or Microsoft certifications.
- Experience supporting construction, utility, or field operations.
