    Job Code: PA 776655 Job Title: PA - Tier 2 Operational Support SCCM (37.5 Hours/Week/Hybrid) Location: Dauphin County, Pennsylvania (Hybrid, mostly remote) Contract: Until 06/30/2026

    Position Overview: Commonwealth of PA – CEDC is seeking a Tier 2 Operational Support SCCM professional to provide technical support across multiple regions, including DEP regional & district offices, DCNR TopoGeo, state parks, forestry offices, and AG racetracks. This hybrid role requires onsite reporting at the start and end of the contract to inventory and confirm equipment. Remote work schedule will be set by the hiring manager.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Provide Tier 2 technical support for PCs, laptops, printers, scanners, and software applications.

    Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve issues using SCCM, PRTG, remote desktop, Active Directory, Powershell, and other remote tools.

    Perform desktop imaging, configuration, installation, and data migration.

    Assist with computer deployments, setup, and removal of surplus equipment.

    Manage computer accounts, groups, mailboxes, resource accounts, and distribution lists.

    Document problems, follow CEDC support standards, and provide excellent customer service.

    Ensure compliance with CEDC and Commonwealth security policies, including CISO guidelines.

    Prioritize tasks and work independently, making sound decisions to meet customer needs.

    Required Experience & Skills:

    2+ years supporting Commonwealth of PA customers.

    Hands-on experience with SCCM deployment processes and configurations.

    Knowledge of server folder permissions and shares.
