This job is fully remote. We are a national company with physical offices in Florida and Virginia. At least 2 years of experience in the field is required. U.S. Citizenship within the 50 contiguous United States. A passable background check, employment screen, education verification and driving history report are all required before the first day of employment.
At least an A+ and/or Security+ equivalent Certification Preferred
Basic Google Workspace environment experience is a big plus
Knowledge and experience with ticketing systems is a must as we are very systems and process-driven.
