FULL TIME SALES AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE We provide team-based learning and training sessions so that team members are on the same page. At Tier One Consulting, we believe in ORGANIC GROWTH, meaning we don’t hire in or promote new managers from the outside; we train new ones from our own team of top performers. We do not offer any door-to-door, outside sales, telemarketing, or graphic design positions.

DAY TO DAY FOR OUR FULL TIME SALES AND MARKETING ASSOCIATE POSITION:

• Understand customer needs and delivering effective solutions to meet customer needs
• Develop and manage relationships with clients, agencies, and advertisers
• Understand current sales and marketing trends and the needs of our clients
• Learn on a daily basis, new product knowledge, ways of communication, and skills
