RESPONSIBILITIES FOR THIS SALES CUSTOMER SERVICE ASSOCIATE POSITION:

• Learn and then teach product knowledge
• Learn and develop leadership skills
• Set team and personal sales goals and then achieve those sales goals
• Relate and build relationships with customers

REQUIREMENTS FOR THIS SALES POSITION:

• Action-oriented - has a history of meeting and achieving sales goals

• Personable and social
• Undergraduate degree preferred - experience in the following fields is a plus; sales, marketing, customer service, human resources, retail, business, hospitality, restaurant and bartending
