Responsibilities: Price, stage and market homes for sellers to help attract potential buyers quickly Call clients weekly to provide feedback on their property listing to keep them engaged and improve customer service ratings Handle contract process alongside Buyers' Agents to negotiate contracts to closing Respond to all listing leads and potential buyers in a timely fashion in order to build client base Complete real estate listing paperwork, create new MLS listings and a marketing plan for new listings to ensure accurate information that promotes quick sales Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Self-motivated and self sufficient Completes tasks quickly and efficiently Strong communication skills with the ability to set and close appointments over the phone Team player who believes their success is the team’s success Quick learner who is technologically savvy and able to learn Real Estate specific CRM and marketing technologies Compensation: $70,000+ at plan commission
