    We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant with prior real estate experience to support our team in various administrative and operational tasks. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. This role will play a critical part in ensuring smooth operations within our agency, particularly in listing management and administrative support. Responsibilities: • Manage and organize listing documentation, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures. • Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and open houses. • Assist with client communication, including answering inquires providing updates on listings. • Prepare and distribute marketing materials for property listings • Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining databases and filing paperwork. • Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining the office • Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team. Qualifications: • Prior experience in office management or our industry is a plus • Proven track record of completing projects on time in an orderly manner • Technologically savvy; basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Word and Excel programs and filing systems with the ability to learn new programs quickly and troubleshoot common issues • Shows great interpersonal skills and excellent written communication • High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred Compensation: $20 - $22 hourly
