DUTIES:

• Working with international export team to handle files from A to Z
• Opening air export shipment files
• Preparing air export shipping documents including but not limited to SLIs, Airway Bills, etc.
• Handling all shipment routing, tracking, and tracing
• Customer Service related to the export shipment, including following up with shipment updates via email and phone
• Sending Pre-Alerts
• Filing AES
• Completing other tasks as assigned

REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years experience in international air export operations
• Experience using CargoWise
