INTERNAL TITLE: Client Solutions Administrator
LOCATION: The position may be remote depending on experience and ability to work independently, however, preference is to be located close to the JAS Contract Logistics corporate office at 1100 Thorndale Ave., Elk Grove Village, IL 60007 if possible.
PURPOSE: The main responsibility of the Client Solutions Administrator is to develop and administer the Quarterly Business Review program for the top logistics clients within the organization. Additional responsibilities include contract reviews, RFPs, client metric reporting, and marketing material development. This is a corporate role.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Support the development and maintenance of strategic long term trust relationships with key clients to achieve organic growth and long-term business goals
Support conducting client contract reviews and annual changes and managing contract renewal timelines, reminders and contract document version controls
Organizing, planning and preparing Business Reviews of the assigned clients
Serving as main point of contact and liaison with the Marketing Department for all CL marketing, including flyers, PDFs, PowerPoint presentations, and other standard materials
Maintaining and updating documentation and customer facing templates
Maintaining the account profiles of key clients and ensuring that their expectations and requirements are clearly shared within the organization by interacting with the operational leadership team
Support resolving customer complaints in an effective and respectful manner using the internal/external JAS-CL organization
Supporting RFQ/RFP responses
Collecting, reporting and communicating customer feedback about service, opportunities and threads
Support creating, measuring, tracking, analyzing and issuing monthly KPI reports to key clients
Performing additional duties as assigned
