WHAT WILL I BE RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Arranging collection and deliveries of freight for both international air and ocean import moves
• Preparing and reviewing import documentation for Customs Broker.
• Handling clearance for OGA (F&W, FDA, FCC, DOT, etc.)
• Taking operational, routing, and customer service responsibility for all files handled
• Using a preferred list of truckers and vendors to identify customer solutions based on rates and service
• Determining and recommending shipment costs and routing options to the customer
• Remaining compliant with government, industry and company standards
• Processing billing and invoicing for the shipment
• Establishing a positive relationship with both internal and external customers and vendors
• Informing customers and vendors of updates and changes with freight movements
• Performing additional duties as assigned

WHAT DO YOU NEED FROM ME?

• 2+ years of experience in international air and/or ocean import operations
• Customs Brokerage experience a plus but not required

WHAT MAKES ME STAND OUT?

• High school diploma, GED, or education in logistics or supply chain

WHAT CAN I EXPECT?

• Work is generally performed in an office environment where lighting and temperature are adequate.
