Tigris Auto Glass is looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team. We're looking for someone who can amaze every customer, efficiently complete administrative duties, and work in cooperation with others to achieve common goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
- Warmly welcomes in-shop customers, while applying a Customer Driven approach when handling incoming calls, e-mails, and faxes for service issues, pricing, warranties, repair, cash, wholesale, and same-day reschedules/cancellations.
- Call center functions to provide quality customer service.
- Ensure the company establishes and maintains constant communication with customers.
- Knowledgeable of all aspects of product inventory, invoicing, cancellations, credits, and customer service inquiries.
- Proactively resolves customer concerns quickly and efficiently.
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE:
- Requires a high school diploma or GED.
- Requires at least 4 years of prior relevant experience.
- Requires basic job knowledge of Microsoft Suite systems and the ability to proficiently use applications on a computer.
- Knowledge of customer service and administrative protocols.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- The ability to stay productive independently.
