Job Description:

We're looking for a proactive and highly organized TikTok Shop Affiliate Specialist. You'll have the opportunity to work with one of the most iconic brands, KODAK. If you're that friend that has a special passion in photography or if you're passionate about TikTok, social media, and e-commerce, our Affiliate Specialist position may be the perfect fit! This role is critical in expanding our TikTok Shop presence through effective affiliate outreach, management, and campaign execution.

Key Responsibilities:

Outreach: Identify and reach out to new potential affiliates each month to join our campaigns.

Sampling: Coordinate and send out product samples monthly to affiliates to drive content creation and sales.

Maintenance & Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with ongoing and past affiliates to ensure continued posting. Develop and execute strategies to incentivize top-performing affiliates.

Customer Service: Act as the first point of contact for affiliate inquiries, providing timely support for defective product issues and guiding affiliates on product usage.

Lives Management: Recruit and maintain affiliates to go live on their TikTok pages, boosting brand visibility and conversions.

Affiliate Spark Ads: Collect spark codes (video ad codes) from affiliates to integrate into paid campaigns. Ensure smooth execution and performance optimization.

LIVE Ads: Manage ads run directly on the brand’s TikTok account and during live sessions, ensuring high performance and engagement

Qualifications:

Experience managing TikTok Shop affiliates or influencer marketing campaigns.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage high-volume outreach and coordination tasks efficiently.

Excellent communication and relationship management skills.

Ability to analyze performance data to optimize affiliate and ad campaigns.

Familiarity with TikTok Shop platform tools, spark ads, and live commerce is a plus.
