    About the Role

    We're looking for a TikTok Shop Specialist to support and scale TikTok Shop operations across multiple eCommerce brands. This is a hands-on execution role —you'll be in the trenches managing storefronts, assisting with creator and affiliate campaigns, and supporting paid amplification strategies.

    You'll work closely with a TikTok media buyer, affiliate manager, and a pod of fellow TikTok Shop Specialists—all focused on growth and performance.

    Ideal for someone with TikTok Shop, Shopify, or influencer marketing experience—or a fast learner eager to break into the social commerce space and grow rapidly.

    Key Responsibilities

    TikTok Shop Management

    • Launch, manage, and optimize TikTok Shop storefronts

    • Maintain product listings, pricing, and descriptions

    • Ensure compliance with TikTok's evolving policies and best practices

    Creator & Affiliate Coordination

    • Assist in sourcing and managing creators and affiliates

    • Coordinate gifting, commission structures, and campaign briefs

    • Track creator performance and sales contribution

    Content & Paid Media Support

    • Collaborate on content creation (videos, lives, reviews)

    • Support media buyer with paid amplification of creator content

    • Monitor content performance and adjust in real-time

    Reporting & Optimization

    • Track key performance metrics: conversions, AOV, ROAS, creator ROI

    • Deliver actionable insights to internal teams and clients

    • Contribute ideas for continuous improvement and innovation

    What We're Looking For

    • 1+ year experience in ecommerce, social media, or creator/influencer campaigns

    • Deep familiarity with TikTok content, trends, and native platform features

    • Experience with Shopify or TikTok Shop backend workflows

    • Exposure to TikTok or Meta Ads (a plus, but not required)

    • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects

    • Strong communicator with a performance and growth mindset

    • Bonus: experience creating or editing TikToks, or working directly with influencers
