The Position

We are seeking a part-time, year-round Tile and Grout Technician with a natural work ethic and a positive attitude. This role is the foundation of our company; you will learn the technical side of restoration with the intent to eventually transition into a Sales/Estimator role, where you will evaluate projects and provide quotes for homeowners.

Requirements

Sales/Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or direct sales is highly preferred for those looking to move into estimating.

Technical Interest: Preferably 6+ months of experience in home improvement, but we will train the right person.

Availability: Must be available 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. Monday through Friday (occasional weekends).

Valid Driver’s License: Must have a clean, unrestricted license (non-optional).

Physical Ability: Must be able to walk for long periods and lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

Tech Savvy: High proficiency with emailing, instant messaging, and using apps for scheduling and information sharing.
