This organization specializes in the professional restoration of tile, grout, and stone, consistently delivering top-quality results along with outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities

Tile & Grout Cleaning: Use high-grade equipment and solutions to restore tile and grout surfaces.

Grout Color Sealing: Apply sealants for uniform finish and long-term protection.

Minor Tile & Grout Repairs: Replace or fix cracked tiles and damaged grout lines.

Surface Assessments: Evaluate and recommend appropriate restoration or maintenance plans.

Client Interaction: Provide excellent customer service, answer questions, and ensure client satisfaction.

Equipment Care: Maintain tools and equipment for safe and effective use.

Background Needed:

Prior experience in tile and grout cleaning, sealing, or repair

Stone restoration experience is a plus!

Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship

Strong communication and customer service skills

A proactive, problem-solving mindset
