Tilley Workforce Solutions is partnering with a company to recruit an Office Operations Manager for their St. Louis office. : Our client is a solutions provider for colleges, universities, public libraries and print/copy resellers. Their products and solutions are deployed on campuses for their closed loop commerce system, in food service operations, pay for copy and print environments, door access control and other self-serve pay for use environments. They are a multi‐national corporation with offices in St Louis and Toronto who serve many customers throughout North America with a high customer retention rate. Over our 30+ years in operation we have prided ourselves on customer service and continuous product development.
The OFFICE OPERATIONS MANAGER provides management presence in the US office and is responsible for overseeing its smooth operation. This person will be the culture champion for the office.
• Supports department manager peers in meeting key objectives or initiatives.
• Manages H.R. functions which includes employee medical benefits, tracking PTO time, orientation process, recruitment and selection.
• Coordinates office activities and operations to ensure efficiency and adherence to company policies.
• Serves as an internal resource to team members on company policies and procedures.
• Maintains proper facility management in terms of office equipment/supplies, security, and adheres to health & safety requirements. • Manages the banking for the USA operation.
• Oversees the USA based sales administration personnel.
• Work with SAP (the company’s ERP program) and HubSpot (the company’s CRM program).
• Become knowledgeable on the company’s solutions and products.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications: • Excellent written and oral communication skills • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines • Excellent attention to detail and interpersonal skills • 3 years of related experience Compensation & Benefits: • Compensation – 50k to 58k • Company health benefit plan • 401k Location: Maryland Heights, MO
