THIS MUST BE COMPLETED IN ORDER MAINTAIN EMPLOYMENT THROUGH THE WINTER MONTHS. OTHER CAREER LADDER OPPORTUNITIES ARE AVAILABLE FOR ADDITIONAL TRAINING AND LATERAL MOVEMENT WITHIN THE COMPANY.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Must demonstrate the importance of safety to keep yourself and other crew members safe by following all company safety and OSHA rules
Acts as support staff for experienced team members while applying roof coatings, roof foam or interior foam.
Works in shop as needed to prepare for the next day.
40+ hour work week
Works as a team to accomplish a great end result for the customer
Must be able to work 2 Saturdays per month.
Willing to train but must learn quickly, be organized and like problem solving
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
Must like working outside
Willing and able to work as a team
Willing to work with various types of equipment
Works well at various heights using ladders, lifts and scaffolding
Mandatory instant and hair drug screening prior to hire
Subject to random drug screening during employment
Must be 18+ years of age
Must have a driver’s license and reliable transportation
Must be reliable & punctual
Is detail oriented
Must be able to adapt to changing environments (weather and job sites)
Willing to work long hours under hot conditions
Willing to be gone from home overnight when needed to complete jobs. (Transportation, lodging and food per diem provided)
