This position is required to work in our offices located in Pewaukee and Madison Wisconsin. Responsibilities: • Initiate, develop, and execute technology strategies aligned with the company's business objectives and growth plans. • Identify opportunities for process automation and efficiency improvement by creating reports to track company and individual department metrics. • Analyze the business requirements for all teams within both Operations to determine the technology and reporting needs to meet company goals. • Support and assist all departments to implement, create, and/or modify useful reports to increase efficiency, information sharing, and performance. • Manage relationships with technology vendors and service providers, including contract negotiation, performance evaluation, and ongoing support. • Troubleshoot and support team on software issues to ensure smooth operations. • Research new technologies and innovations in front and back-office systems to keep the company at the forefront of industry advancements. • Some travel is required between operations (Madison and Pewaukee locations) Qualifications: • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • BS/BA in Business Analyst/Information Management/Information Systems or related field • Experience and Understanding in company ERP System • Knowledge of computer equipment, and personnel capabilities, processing costs and their significance, scheduling and supervising multiple projects. • Ability to work within a team and collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure accuracy and efficiency. • Experience in technology management, with a focus on systems and software applications. • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively lead and facilitate training sessions. • In-depth knowledge of technology systems, software development methodologies, and best practices. • Strong business skills, problem-solving abilities, and a keen willingness to learn new technologies and processes. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 + Bonus per year
