More about what you’ll do…

·        Assist with the recruiting of new staff, including the internal/external posting of open positions, receiving/screening/distributing applications and resumes, and reference checking. Maintain all applications and resumes in tracking system.

·        Set-up and maintain employee personnel and confidential files. Follow procedures to process actions such as job transfers, salary changes, and terminations.

·        Assist in administration of benefits program including open enrollment, enrollment & termination of coverage, and data entry. 

·        Communicate to staff through the creation of employee newsletters, birthday and anniversary lists, posters, and more.

·        Maintain Service Recognition program.

·        Maintain confidentiality of all information related to the business, the employees, and the performance of job duties.

The perfect candidate to join our team fills many of the following requirements:

• Spanish/English Bilingual
• 1 year of HR experience and/or HR Assistant Certification
• Consistently displays a positive and professional work demeanor.
• Experience working in a high-volume, customer facing environment. Must be able to handle multiple routine tasks and follow specific instructions carefully.
• Solid computer skills including MS Office.
• Must maintain employee confidentiality at all times.
• Have an ability to deal tactfully and professionally at all times with employees and the general public.
