More about what you’ll do…
· Assist with the recruiting of new staff, including the internal/external posting of open positions, receiving/screening/distributing applications and resumes, and reference checking. Maintain all applications and resumes in tracking system.
· Set-up and maintain employee personnel and confidential files. Follow procedures to process actions such as job transfers, salary changes, and terminations.
· Assist in administration of benefits program including open enrollment, enrollment & termination of coverage, and data entry.
· Communicate to staff through the creation of employee newsletters, birthday and anniversary lists, posters, and more.
· Maintain Service Recognition program.
· Maintain confidentiality of all information related to the business, the employees, and the performance of job duties.
