Job Description
Large construction company looking for an experienced individual to coordinate and process weekly payroll for 1000+ employees.
REQUIREMENTS:
- High School Diploma and/or 2 College level accounting classes or college degree in Business.
- Must be very detail-oriented and organized.
- Must have the ability to analyze information, 10 keys
- Highly effective interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
- Must have the ability to deal with different personalities and work well in a fast space environment.
- Experience with High Volume Data Entry (Billings, Invoices, Payroll, Etc.)
- Detail Oriented
- Computer Knowledge (Microsoft office, Excel, Word, Etc.)
- Knowledge of Sage product is a plus
- Construction Industry experience preferred
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintains accounting information by collecting, calculating, and entering highly detailed data.
- Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
- Provides payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
- Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
- Contributes to learn effort by accomplishing related results as needed
- Coordinate with accounting team on other projects as needed.
