    Job Description

     

    Large construction company looking for an experienced individual to coordinate and process weekly payroll for 1000+ employees.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School Diploma and/or 2 College level accounting classes or college degree in Business.
    • Must be very detail-oriented and organized.
    • Must have the ability to analyze information, 10 keys
    • Highly effective interpersonal skills and excellent written and oral communication skills
    • Must have the ability to deal with different personalities and work well in a fast space environment.
    • Experience with High Volume Data Entry (Billings, Invoices, Payroll, Etc.)
    • Detail Oriented
    • Computer Knowledge (Microsoft office, Excel, Word, Etc.)
    • Knowledge of Sage product is a plus
    • Construction Industry experience preferred

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Maintains accounting information by collecting, calculating, and entering highly detailed data.
    • Resolves payroll discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information.
    • Provides payroll operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes.
    • Maintains employee confidence and protects payroll operations by keeping information confidential.
    • Contributes to learn effort by accomplishing related results as needed
    • Coordinate with accounting team on other projects as needed.
