LIFE AS AN ACS TIME CRITICAL AGENT

• Developing prospective clients through research in our database, websites, LinkedIn and trade press etc.
• Building relationships with our Worldwide Offices to ensure access and service levels in every country in the world and to provide our clients with targeted solutions.
• Maintaining relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
• Managing Time Critical bookings from inquiry to completion
• Receiving inbound requests for urgent logistical emergencies virtually 24/7
• Presenting tailored offers to clients with good commercial sense
• Flight observation/monitoring of flight departures (this can also be done at inconvenient times)

• Love of travel and the tact to send 3rd parties around the world
• Willing to work in shifts and as part of a team
• Fluent written and spoken English skills. Bilingual in Spanish and/or Mandarin is a plus!
