As an ENTRY-LEVEL Marketing Assistant, you will work alongside the management team learning the day-to-day operations to help drive performance within the team and reach our clients' target goals and deadlines. As the Marketing Assistant, you will help manage the effectiveness of projects, implement marketing plans and strategies, and help identify marketing trends and growth opportunities. To be considered for this role, these are the qualifications we are looking for:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred but not required
GED or High School Diploma
Proficient written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively with teams and as an individual
Leadership experience preferred but not required.
Competitive, Determined, and Self Motivated
Highly developed Planning and organization skills
Ability to take initiative and lead from the front when necessary.
As an ENTRY-LEVEL Marketing Assistant, we will provide the resources needed to excel in this position; however, we expect that you retain the knowledge and utilize the skills on your own through maintaining an optimistic mindset, trial and error, and making adjustments as you learn and take the initiative to ask for more help, when necessary. Alongside your personal and professional growth and development, you’ll be responsible for the following:
Assist with the senior leadership and the management team on marketing proposals.
Participate in training sessions on marketing concepts and client’s products and services.
Assist with team dynamics to ensure high quality results through teaching, training, and developing team members.
Attend and assist with marketing events.
Approach community members to participate in promotions.
Assist with market analysis, data forecasting, and marketing reports.
Participate in client meetings to discuss strategies for business development.
