We are looking for someone who wants to get to the next level, in a family-feel environment with powerful backing. Responsibilities: Prospect for new leads to promote new business Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities Gather local community information to be able to answer any questions from your client about potential homes Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience Qualifications: Must have a valid Real Estate License Excellent communication, negotiation and networking skills A successful and proven sales history is preferred Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies Self motivated and able to perform tasks independently • At least 1 year in real estate and has done at least 4 transactions during that time • Sales experience is a must • Must be/want full-time realtor Compensation: $150,000 at plan commission
