Marketing and sales administrator

Looking for a Full-Time Marketing and sales administrator to join our growing law firm!

We are a consumer protection rights legal firm specializing in contract and consumer protection law. We have a large business development department that prescreens and provides general information to the many clients that inquire about how to get relief from the burden of their timeshare contracts. As a Marketing and sales administrator, you uphold our commitment to be the best in class legal services for timeshare cancelations .For you, it is not just a job, it's a career, and for our clients it’s a major legal decision that will change their lives.

Day to Day:

• Work with marketing manager (MM) to develop new channels to generate leads
• Coordinate with MM to establish, contracts and implement lead providers including; TV, radio, call centers, internet marketing companies, Etc., to get their campaigns up and running
• Track all lead production; # of leads, quality of leads, CPL, CPC, CPA, etc.
• Manage and provide ZOHO CRM reporting for management
• Provide basic support to business development staff with CRM
• Assist call center and general sales manager as needed
• Coordinate reservations plan lunches, events, and contests for Business development department

The skills you must have:

• Highly Proficient with various software, apps, and computer programs
• Ability to quickly master our CRM -ZOHO to include pulling reports and analyzing KPI’s
• Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
• A polished, professional appearance, Professional, friendly, and patient.
• Ability to multi-task, delegate, and assist in leading a team in a fast-paced, demanding environment.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft office; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

Must have understanding or ability to learn quick:

• SEO
• Google PPC & Analytics
• Social media- Facebook and Instagram
• Ability to manage Nextiva VOIP phone system (using dashboard)
• Understanding of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator is a must.
• Self-motivated to find solutions to problems
