- Technical Specification : Crafting specifications using thorough research and referencing manufacturing catalogs to define materials, installation processes, inspections, and payment guidelines.
- Detail-Oriented : Collaborating to complete design details and plan sets, translating concepts into comprehensive blueprints.

Qualifications and Requirements: Pioneering Excellence

- A bachelor's or master's degree in civil engineering or a closely related field.
- Preferred coursework in land development, transportation, structures, water resources showcasing your understanding of critical concepts.
- Preferred possession of the Engineer-in-Training (EIT) designation.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation strongly preferred.
