Job Description
The MARKETING MANAGER is responsible for working with a team of dynamic and highly collaborative professionals with a focus on pursuits, client communications, and creative engagement. Timmons Group has a reputation for winning and is looking for someone that loves to win also. Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for managing, overseeing, and directing the delivery of clear, compelling, and compliant proposals in our 16 offices.
Your time will primarily be spent training/managing others, overseeing the proposal process, and communicating with leaders across the firm. You’ll be managing marketing research, qualifications, proposals, and interview presentations. You’ll maintain processes and procedures in direct support of the proposal process and working to continually improve our storytelling. As a mentor and manager, you will collaborate with the entire marketing team and manage the day-to-day activities of any direct reports, while ensuring timely completion of assignments.
