    Type: Part Time Position

     

    We are a top creditor rights law firm providing services to the largest financial institutions in the nation. We are looking for high performing individuals (creditor experience) who want to join our dynamic environment. Individuals should have a demonstrated track record of success and a strong desire to develop solutions, problem solve and make significant contributions to our organization. We currently have an opening for a Bankruptcy Processor position. Responsibilities: Assist with the research and preparation of legal pleadings for Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcy cases.

    • Monitor cases through court dockets, ensuring all court deadlines are met.
    • Keep case management system and client communication systems updated with current status of cases. *Communicate with outside parties during bankruptcy process. Qualifications:
    • Those who want a career in an exciting work environment, not just a job, and who understand the important role they play in the overall success of the business.
    • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience. Paralegal Certification preferred, but not required.
    • Prior experience in an office setting preferred.
    • Ability to navigate and multi-task through multiple systems. *Demonstrated attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
