Project Executive-High End Retail Construction

Based in Southern California, our client is an industry leader in retail construction. They are seeking a strong Project Executive, who's capable of overseeing multiple projects at a time and is responsible for the overall management of each project from pre-construction through completion and turnover. In addition to leading and mentoring a dynamic team, the project Executive will ensure construction projects are set up for success, completed on time, within budget, and exceed the client's expectations.

As the Project Executive, you need to bring to the table:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Construction Mgmt. or Related Field Desired.
• At least 10 years of experience in the retail construction field or in a related area.
• Advanced knowledge of retail Construction estimating, project administration, and a complete understanding of industry practices.
• Experience in the management and leadership of Superintendents, Project Managers and Project Support Staff.

Provide pre-construction management and direction to ensure that client expectations are being met and that the project is set up to succeed.
