Agricultural Loan Officer:

This individual will be responsible to manage and grow and existing loan portfolio. Ability to analyze loan applications, audit loan files and counsel customers is essential. This position requires a minimum of 3 years’ experience in agricultural lending and strong business development skills. This position will be responsible for developing and maintaining high-quality account relationships with Ag customers while adhering to the bank's loan policy, and state and federal regulations.

Position requires a team player with excellent and effective personal skills, strong written and oral communication skills, and strong customer service skills. Must be able to interact with co-workers and the general public in a professional manner and maintain respect and confidentiality regarding customers financial information. Community committed is a must.

Education and / or Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Agriculture, Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• A minimum of 3 years of previous banking and or commercial, ag or consumer banking experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with computer literacy in Windows, Word and Excel.
• Highly motivated and able to work with minimal direction.
• Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
