POSITION SUMMARY

Manages a portfolio of agricultural & commercial loans and develops new loan business.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage own loan portfolio.
• Develop and grow agricultural and commercial portfolio.

• Conduct farm visits as per policy.
• Cross sell to existing & new customers
• Monitors quality, compliance, and trends of their portfolio.
• Make credit decisions within lending authority and ensure compliance with loan policy and banking regulations. Including but not limited to, conducting annual reviews, and writing presentations on loan banking relationships.
• Oversees agricultural and commercial market collection activities.
• Conducts prospect calls seeking new business.
• Represents the bank in community activities.


Education:


• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance and/or agriculture


Experience:


• Experience in AG lending
