Contribute to the development of project management and continuous improvement functions across the financial organization with a focus on finding the balance of structure and culture that allows for successful completion of projects
Regularly serve as a Project Manager on strategic and operational projects which includes coordinating with others to schedule resources, communicating with stakeholders, managing timelines, and overseeing budgets
Frequently interact with Executive Management to provide reports on key projects and metrics
Qualifications
Master of Business Administration (MBA) preferred or bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field required
Certified Project Professional, Project Management Professional, or similar designation preferred.
Experience with ServiceNow and other project management tools, software preferred
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in managing business projects is preferred.
Highly organized, strong initiative, and the ability to work well under deadlines.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to lead and motivate a group of individuals.
