Information Technology Intern (IT) Tindale-Oliver & Associates - Tampa, FL 33602 Full-time, Internship Tindale Oliver, a mid-size planning and engineering firm based in Tampa, FL, is seeking an IT Support Specialist with a great attitude and strong communication skills to help support the organization and its continued growth in our Downtown Tampa Headquarters. This is a full-time position, minimum 40 hours per week. Essential Functions * Troubleshoot hardware, software, and other technical problems with staff. * Respond to and track IT support requests. * Maintain documentation of technical maintenance procedures carried out. * Assist in the installation and upgrades of hardware and software. * Asist in training staff on new technologies. * Other duties as assigned. Job Qualifications * Strong technical skills, with a proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business applications. * Ability to learn other software or systems essential to the position. * Great customer service skills and detail oriented. * Able to work well both independently and collaboratively in a team. Minimum Education Requirement * Completion of at least two years of coursework leading to an associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related degree program, or equal years of experience in a related position.
