We are hiring for the following position immediately: Automotive Window Tint Installer for our Scottsdale Location Our preferred candidate should have 2 years of minimum experience in the automotive window tinting business and must be able to install on Teslas and Corvettes. We are a new state-of-the-art facility and are building our skilled, long-term team. We are looking to add a highly skilled tint installer to grow with us here in Scottsdale, Arizona. As a professional installer, you must be comfortable with working on high-end vehicles including all Tesla models, Corvettes, BMWs, Mercedes, Porsches, etc. Our super-preferred Window Tint Installer candidate should be familiar with the different types of film and various application techniques. Knowledge of PPF applications is a BIG PLUS and will offer additional income opportunities to you! All ideal candidates should pass a background check, hold a valid driver's license, and be fully compliant to work legally in Arizona. Base pay (Against commissions) is based on your experience and knowledge. After the first 90 days of employment receive a $500 signing bonus! Responsibilities: • Detail-oriented installer that is willing to take all steps to ensure a clean installation every time • Have the knowledge to remove the old film from a vehicle and prep for new film installation • Assist sales associate, and possibly the customer, with suggestions as to what film would be the best option • Enjoy a team environment and is willing to assist others if needed • Be on time daily and ready to ready to work Qualifications: • Knowledge of film-cutting software and how to use a plotter to cut film (We can also teach you our Core program) • Ability to shrink film properly and have worked on Tesla and Corvette windshields and rear glass • Possess a positive attitude and be willing to learn additional skills • Willingness to be flexible with schedule to ensure all jobs are completed for customers • PPF installation experience is a PLUS and you can earn more money Compensation: $65,000 - $80,000+ yearly
