    Tiny Home & Clubhouse Attendant

    Firefly Luxury RV & Tiny Home Resort is looking for a Tiny Home and Clubhouse Attendant! Firefly is the newest and most luxurious resort in the Fredericksburg area. Don't miss this chance to join our ever-growing team. As an Attendant, you will ensure the Tiny Homes and Clubhouse are in their most presentable conditions. Making certain that all Owner and Guest stays are a top-notch experience at the #1 RV &Tiny Home destination in the Texas Hill Country!

    Responsibilities:

    - Stock Tiny Homes with necessary items as needed

    - Receive clean linen and towel deliveries

    - Sort both clean and used linens and towels for Tiny Homes

    - Help with upkeep of Tiny Home porches appearance and condition

    - Ensure that Tiny Homes were cleaned by 3rd party agency (not attendants to be clear) and up to the Resort's standards before check-ins

    - Keep all staff and common areas clean and free of debris

    - Keep stocked inventory and storage areas clean and tidy

    - Stock Clubhouse area facilities and bathrooms with necessary items such as soaps and toiletries

    - Clean Clubhouse area including the outdoor kitchen, BBQ grill area, tables, seating, pool glass, bathrooms and other areas as needed to keep the facility in the most prestigious condition possible

    - Help out Owners and Guests with questions and requests at the Clubhouse area

    - Assist in enforcing clubhouse rules when needed

    - Report any maintenance issues that need to be addressed immediately

    - Monitor and report low inventory of required items

    - Report directly to the Housekeeping Manager

    - Ability to clean Tiny Homes, if needed, quickly and effectively

    - Complete other duties as assigned

    Qualifications:

    - Organized, precise, able to improvise, and pay close attention to detail

    - Problem solver and able to make split second decisions to resolve issues

    - An effective communicator who can deal with stressful situations

    - Able to take clear instructions and work independently when needed

    - Housekeeping or Resort experience preferred

    - Proficient with basic technology such as: Microsoft Office, email, smart phones, and other applications

    - Treat Guests, Owners, and Staff with the upmost respect

    - Weekend availability a must, especially on Sundays (we work off of a time off calendar in which you may request days off 2 weeks in advance. We are very accommodating and work with all employees).

    - Able to work potential evening hours

    - Able to work on certain holidays

    - Work occasional events that may require later hours (Weekends or Holidays)

    Physical Requirements:

    - Ability to stand for extended periods of time

    - Ability to work inside and outside during all four seasons

    - Ability to lift 40 lbs

    Job Types: Full-time

    Pay: $14.00 - $16.00 per hour
